Orla McCarthy
I’m Orla McCarthy, a Clinical Specialist Women’s Health Physiotherapist based at the Osteopathic Care Clinic, Douglas Medical Centre in Cork.
I provide specialist care for women at every stage of life — from pregnancy and the postnatal period through to menopause and beyond. Whether you’re experiencing pelvic floor symptoms, pelvic girdle pain, or recovering after birth, I’m here to help you feel stronger, more confident and back to doing what you love.
My approach combines evidence-based treatment with a compassionate, supportive environment where you feel comfortable discussing your concerns.
